A booking on The Rio is a request, not a confirmed reservation, until an admin accepts it with a note. Payment is taken at the venue after accept. You may cancel only while the request is pending. Demo data — these terms are a stub for local development and must be replaced in Admin before public use. The Rio may decline a request when a slot is held, a room is offline, or house rules cannot be met. Accepted slots occupy the room for the full duration. No card data is stored on this site.
