Privacy Policy

We store the email you use to sign in, your display name, booking requests, and a presence heartbeat while you are on the site so the desk can see who is active. Demo data — this privacy stub must be replaced in Admin before public use. Presence goes idle after about two minutes without a heartbeat. We do not take card payments in this version. Cloudinary may hold images you or an admin upload. You can ask for your account to be closed by writing to the venue email.
