How does a room booking work?
Sign in, pick a cinema or lounge slot, and send a request. It is not confirmed until The Rio accepts it. You pay at the venue after accept. You can cancel only while the request is still pending.

How many people per room?
Noir seats 4, Velvet 6, Amber 8, Private Box 10. The Legendary Lounge holds 4 players at the PS5 station.
Do I need a booking for the cafe?
No. The cafe is walk-in. Kitchen last call is 22:00. Rooms are requested separately.
What are the house rules?
Keep the corridor quiet while a room is live. Food from our kitchen is welcome in rooms we accept. Outside catering needs a note on your request. Age guidance follows the film or game you book.
